You''ll work closely with the Senior Building Surveyor and use your expertise to advise on legislation, health and safety compliance, and cost control, while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and residents.What You''ll Need to SucceedProven experience in housing maintenance within a Local AuthorityHRA experienceStrong knowledge of building construction, pathology, and legislationPractical surveying skills and familiarity with health and safety regulationsAbility to manage contractors and resolve disputesCommercial awareness and cost control capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and surveying softwareExcellent planning, organisation, and communication skillsFull valid Driving Licence with access to a carAn HNC in Construction would ..... full job details .....
