Working as part of a proactive Asset Management team, you will lead the delivery of capital projects from inception through to completion, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. This is a varied role that combines project management, contract administration, building safety responsibilities, technical surveying and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across a diverse property portfolio.
