Rate - £250 a day INSIDE IR35 umbrella The Role This is a broad surveying position with responsibility for managing a range of property-related activities across a residential housing portfolio. You''ll be involved in everything from diagnosing building defects and specifying repairs through to managing contractors and ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing responsive repairs, void refurbishments and planned maintenance works. Undertaking pre and post inspections to monitor quality and contractor performance.
