The Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing lease-end obligations and ensuring compliance with property law, making this an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented professional.The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to landlords and tenants, largely across an industrial portfolio. Responsibilities Included:Conduct property inspections to assess repair liabilities at lease end.Prepare detailed dilapidations schedules, including schedules of condition and terminal schedules.Act as an advisor in dilapidations negotiations between landlords and tenants.Oversee repair and reinstatement works where required.Ensure adherence to property law, lease obligations, and health and safety regulations.
