This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects across the UK, predominantly across the South of England and Greater London. The Role As a Commercial Building Surveyor, you will: Deliver commercial building surveying services across a diverse portfolio of projects Provide expert advice on property, construction, and building-related matters Complete detailed building surveys, reports, and technical assessments Carry out defect diagnosis and analysis, providing recommendations and solutions Advise clients on building condition, maintenance, and health and safety considerations Liaise with clients, contractors, construction companies, and other relevant stakeholders Manage project documentation and ensure accurate reporting Work independently while maintaining high standards of technical delivery Support clients with professional advice throughout the surveying process Commercial Building Surveyor Requirements: Minimum AssocRICS qualification preferred (applications welcomed from highly experienced Building Surveyors) Degree in Building Surveying or an equivalent ..... full job details .....
