Projects that are being delivered will be to properties across North London. They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Completing Validation Surveys Diagnose building defects and identify appropriate repair solutions.Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and local authorities.Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, health and safety legislation, and relevant standards.Advise clients on maintenance, refurbishment, restoration, and construction projects.
