      <description>Location: Hereford | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Building Surveyor needed in Hereford Paying £26.72 per hr ref OR112083 Full time hours on a temporary basis    Key Responsibilities  Undertake building surveys, inspections, and condition assessments across the property portfolio. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and health and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with partner organisations to maintain building safety and compliance standards. Support the delivery of capital projects in conjunction with the Project Management Office (PMO) team. Provide professional advice on property maintenance, refurbishment, conservation, and development projects. Act as Contract Administrator for a range of construction and maintenance projects.
