Ideally someone AssocRIC or MCIOB qualified will fit in perfectly with the company. Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Building surveys on Residential and commercial buildings Stock Condition, Defect Analysis and Damp Surveys Producing drawings using AutoCAD Prepare planning applications and schedules of work/specifications Ensure compliance to the Building Regulations as well as sustainable design and low carbon technlogy Assist in the diagnosis of defects and quality control on sites Requirements: BSc in Building Surveying (HNC with experience would also be considered) Social Housing Private residential RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys Party Wall experience Design / Specification / Contract Administration experience in connection with social housing / residential. Ideally 3 years post degree experience.
