Asset Building SurveyorLarge Social Housing providerOur client a Large Social Housing provider in the East Midlands currently require an Asset Surveyor with a focus on EWI (External Wall Insulation) works , our client is ideally looking for someone on an interim basis 3-4 months contract with a view to going perm , salary in the region of 40-41K Purpose of the role: To contribute to the operational delivery of the asset management and reinvestment and the building compliance functions within the Property Services Department. To deliver a positive and engaged customer experience, which is compliant with statutory and regulatory bodies. Carrying out property inspections in relation to: Planned/capital/EWI investment works High value responsive/void repairs Building health and safety compliance Stock condition surveys - 35 an hour , maybe a little flexibility - Full time 37 hours.
