The Role Deliver building surveys, condition assessments and defect diagnosis. Lead Repairs, FRA, Planned, Voids, remedial a nd building compliance projects from inception to completion. Prepare specifications, tender documentation and cost estimates. Undertake contract administration and manage project delivery.
