Key Responsibilities - Building Surveyor    Carrying out property inspections and condition surveys on residential and commercial buildings  Identifying defects, maintenance issues, and repair requirements  Preparing survey reports with findings and recommendations  Managing planned and reactive maintenance works  Overseeing contractors on site and monitoring quality of work  Ensuring works are completed in line with health and safety regulations  Assisting with damp and mould investigations and remedial solutions  Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and cost estimates  Liaising with tenants, clients, contractors, and internal departments  Supporting refurbishment, disrepair, and capital works projects  Monitoring budgets and ensuring value for money on projects  Keeping accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation  Conducting post-i...</description>
