This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team of surveyors, managing a growing caseload of property repairs, diagnosing building defects and ensuring appropriate remedial works are identified and delivered. Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed property inspections to identify building defects, with a particular focus on damp, mould and condensation. Diagnose the root causes of defects and recommend appropriate remedial works. Prepare technical reports, including condensation assessments and submissions to the High Value Repair Panel. Manage repair cases, including fire, flood and insurance-related damage. Oversee works on site, monitor progress and ensure repairs meet required standards.
