Diagnose root causes, distinguishing between structural defects, water ingress, condensation and resident lifestyle factors. Prepare detailed survey reports, specifications and cost estimates for remedial works. Manage a caseload from initial inspection through to completion and post-inspection quality checks. Instruct and oversee contractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Social Housing (Regulation) requirements, Building Safety requirements and the principles of Awaab''s Law.
