Building Surveyor

Niyaa people are working with an award winning property services consultancy with a nationwide scope to recruit for an experienced Building surveyor.

Our client specialise in the delivery of Property Services to a mixture of private and public sector clients throughout the country. They are looking for an experienced building surveyor to join them on a permanent basis to work on some of their end clients retrofit projects.

The ideal Building surveyor will have:

• Experience in residential retrofit works
• Experience in delivering JCT contracts
• Experience in working client side for social housing organisations
