Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Surveyor, either RICS qualified or a recent graduate. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting portfolios of work across many different sectors with a number of heritage focused projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive building inspections to assess condition and compliance.
• Identify structural issues, defects, and areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, including condition surveys, dilapidation reports, and building pathology assessments.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality surveying solutions.

Personal Specification: 

• Must have RICS qualification or working towards chartership (graduate level welcome).
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A passion for building surveying and a keen eye for detail.
• Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
• Candidates must be willing to travel when necessary. (expenses will be paid)
