Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor required to work for a housing provider in the Worcestershire on a contract basis for six months.

This role is working within the asset management team and will be responsible for planned maintenance works.

Key duties will include;

• Management of contractors to deliver decent homes related projects.
• Ensuring quality of works.
• Ensure all relevant H&S and building regs are followed.
• Pre / post inspection of works.
• Reporting back any issues / updates to the senior manager.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents.
