Role and responsibilities

The selected Building Surveyor will be entrusted with a multifaceted portfolio, including the drafting of detailed specifications, managing private residential projects, overseeing substantial extensions ranging from -250k to -500k, and handling educational projects valued over -1M.

This position is not only project-focused but also allows the Building Surveyor to showcase their dedication, drive, and commitment to exceptional client service.

• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• RICS accredited degree (Essential)
• A consultancy/ private practice background
• Well-rounded service line experience
