The Role You ll be involved in a broad range of Building Surveying duties, including: Condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and technical reporting Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation Contract administration and project delivery across refurbishment and maintenance schemes Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and managing smaller schemes independently Building strong client relationships and ensuring high quality service delivery About You We re keen to speak with Building Surveyors who are: Working toward MRICS or already Chartered Experienced across both professional and project based surveying Confident producing clear, accurate technical documentation Strong communicators with a client focused approach Motivated, organised, and keen to progress within a growing team What s on Offer This consultancy offers a genuinely supportive culture and a platform for long term progression.
