Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is proud to be working with a highly regarded and growing property consultancy seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its established team based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surveyor looking to take ownership of a varied workload and manage multiple projects across Hertfordshire and the surrounding counties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying and project management services to a diverse client base. The Role As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of projects and professional instructions from inception through to completion. Working closely with clients and contractors, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team. Typical responsibilities will include: Managing multiple refurbishment and maintenance projects across the local region Contract administration and project delivery Carrying out condition surveys and defect diagnosis Preparing specifications and schedules of work Producing technical reports and recommendations Undertaking dilapidations and other professional surveying instructions Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership Previous experience within a ..... full job details .....
