Building Surveyor – Kent

£40,000 – £50,000 + Benefits 

Conrad Consulting is working with a respected multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team with the addition of an ambitious Building Surveyor based in Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload but is particularly interested in contributing to meaningful Education-sector projects. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values professional growth, technical quality, and long-term career development.

You’ll be involved in a broad range of Building Surveying duties, including:

• Condition surveys and technical inspections

• Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and feasibility reports

• Contract administration and project delivery

• Supporting refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement schemes across Education estates

• Client liaison and stakeholder management

• Experience in Building Surveying within a consultancy environment

• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach

• Progressing toward MRICS (or already chartered) is highly desirable

• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships

• Salary between £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
