Conrad Consulting are proud to be working with a respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy seeking to appoint a motivated Building Surveyor to join their growing Oxfordshire team.

You’ll work across a wide range of Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector projects, gaining exposure to both professional and project-based building surveying duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking inspections, surveys, and condition assessments

• Preparing detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation

• Assisting with project management and contract administration

• Supporting senior colleagues on complex commissions while managing your own workload independently

• Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, and landlord & tenant matters

• Contributing to client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery

You’ll be a proactive, technically capable Building Surveyor who thrives under minimal supervision and enjoys working on varied projects.

We’re looking for:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

• Progressing towards MRICS qualification (APC support provided)

• Strong technical and report-writing skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• A genuine desire to develop your career within a collaborative consultancy

• Salary £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
