This is a hands-on role ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards across a diverse range of assets.What is the day-to-day of the role:Ensure asset compliance, safety, and maintenanceDeliver planned/reactive maintenance programmes for portfolio of assetsManage capital repairs projects (£100k plus), through procurement and implementationManage budgets, contracts, and procurementCollaborate across teams and with external partnersMaintain property data and performance metricsRequired Skills and QualificationsEducation: Degree-level or equivalentExperience: delivering RandM programmes of work, managing contractors, budgets, and stakeholder relationshipsSkills:Strong communication and leadership o Legal and contract understanding o Digital property systems proficiencyStrategic thinking and problem-solvingKnowledge: Local Authority operationsBehaviours: Respect, Accountability, Togetherness, Openness, CuriosityOther: Significant travel requiredConnect2Dorset ..... full job details .....
