      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | I''m working with a highly regarded property consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor to its growing Birmingham team.   This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with 3+ years'' experience who is recently chartered or working towards their APC, and is looking to broaden their experience across both professional and project work.   Key responsibilities include:     Condition Surveys and Building Pathology   Dilapidations, Party Wall and Landlord &amp; Tenant matters   Preparing specifications and schedules of works   Contract Administration (JCT)   Project delivery and refurbishment schemes    What we''re looking for:     Building Surveying degree and 3+ years'' relevant experience   APC candidate or recently chartered   Strong report writing and communication skills   Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness   AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous   Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel    On offer is a salary up to £60k (depending on experience) plus benefits including car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, and paid professional subscriptions.</description>
