Building Surveyor

I''m working with a highly regarded property consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor to its growing Birmingham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with 3+ years'' experience who is recently chartered or working towards their APC, and is looking to broaden their experience across both professional and project work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Condition Surveys and Building Pathology
• Dilapidations, Party Wall and Landlord & Tenant matters
• Preparing specifications and schedules of works
• Contract Administration (JCT)
• Project delivery and refurbishment schemes

What we''re looking for:

• Building Surveying degree and 3+ years'' relevant experience
• APC candidate or recently chartered
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness
• AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

On offer is a salary up to £60k (depending on experience) plus benefits including car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, and paid professional subscriptions.
