      <description>Location: City | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | I''m working with a highly regarded property consultancy looking to add a Building Surveyor to its growing Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with 3+ years'' experience who is recently chartered or working towards their APC, and is looking to broaden their experience across both professional and project work. Key responsibilities include:  Condition Surveys and Building Pathology Dilapidations, Party Wall and Landlord and Tenant matters Preparing specifications and schedules of works Contract Administration (JCT) Project delivery and refurbishment schemes  What we''re looking for:  Building Surveying degree and 3+ years'' relevant experience APC candidate or recently chartered Strong report writing and communication skills Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel  On offer is a salary up to £60k (depending on experience) plus benefits including car allowance, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, life assurance, and paid professional subscriptions.</description>
