Building Surveyor ManchesterAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established and growing consultancy in Manchester City Centre. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of projects and sectors, providing both professional and project led building surveying services.The Role As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in delivering a broad mix of work across commercial, residential, and public sector projects. You will gain exposure to both professional services and project work, supporting schemes from inception through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with project management and contract administration on refurbishment and fit-out projectsUndertaking building surveys, defect analysis, and preparing reportsSupporting with dilapidations and other professional instructionsWorking alongside senior team members and contributing to client relationshipsGaining experience across all stages of projectsAbout YouDegree qualified in Building Surveying or a related disciplineExperience within a consultancy or client side environment (3+ years)Working towards MRICS or interested in achieving chartershipGood communication skills and a proactive approach to learningKeen to develop both professional and project-based experienceWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageExposure to a varied workload across multiple sectorsSupport with APC / MRICS progressionClear career development opportunities within a growing ..... full job details .....
