The Manchester team is continuing to grow and is looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor who wants to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career within a growing consultancy.The RoleWorking as part of a close-knit Manchester team and reporting directly to a Director, you will be involved across a varied portfolio of building surveying and project work. Projects range from approximately 10,000 through to 1 million, giving you exposure to everything from smaller maintenance and repair projects through to larger refurbishment and capital works.The role will cover a broad range of building surveying responsibilities, with the opportunity to develop your experience across condition surveys, defect diagnosis, refurbishment, fa ade and cladding work, contract administration and project delivery.You will work closely with clients, contractors and consultants while developing your technical and commercial experience within a supportive consultancy ..... full job details .....
