The Liverpool team is growing and is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor who is keen to develop their technical expertise, take increasing ownership of instructions and build a long-term career within a supportive consultancy environment. The RoleAs a Building Surveyor, you will work across a varied mix of professional building surveying and project instructions, gaining exposure to everything from inspections and defect diagnosis through to refurbishment, remedial works and project delivery.You will be involved in carrying out surveys and site inspections, preparing professional reports and specifications, advising clients on defects and maintenance requirements, and supporting projects through to completion.The role will also provide exposure to fa ade and cladding work, dilapidations, schedules of condition and landlord and tenant matters, alongside a broader range of building surveying services.Working closely with experienced surveyors and Directors, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as your experience develops, ..... full job details .....
