      <description>Location: Worcestershire | Salary: &amp;pound;26.55 - &amp;pound;35.12/hour | Type: Temporary | Job Title:       Building Surveyor    Type:             Temporary Contract 2 months+   Location:       Worcester (hybrid working)    Rate:              £26.55 - £35.12 per hour    Hours:           Full Time 37 hours per week      The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of a customer focused responsive repairs service in liaison with the Repairs Manager, across the housing stock. This includes the diagnosis of complex maintenance issues, including damp and mould, and attending site when required to monitor works progress and signing off on completions of larger works orders.   Duties:        Carry out responsive repair maintenance inspections, including pre-inspection prior to ordering and prepare written defects sheets and general information. Prepare schedules, quantities, costs including use of NHF Schedule of rates where required and resolve contractor performance issues.   Carry out a minimum of 10% post-inspections, monitoring the quality and quantity of work claimed on completion, together with compliance with contract specifications/service standards by contractors.
