Maintenance Surveyor Salary: Circa £49,000 - £50,000 Location: Buckinghamshire Contract: Permanent We re working in partnership with a Leading housing providers to recruit a talented and motivated Building Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor with expertise in maintenance, void management, and damp and mould diagnosis, to play a key role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and high-quality homes for residents. The Role As a Building Surveyor, you ll be responsible for diagnosing building defects, specifying works, and managing works processes, void refurbishments, and planned projects. You ll ensure homes remain safe, compliant, and in excellent condition providing a service that delivers real value for money and excellent customer outcomes. Working with a level of autonomy, you ll make day-to-day operational decisions to ensure service performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with organisational maintenance and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, specify, and manage repairs and maintenance projects across a diverse housing portfolio. Carry out property inspections to identify defects, including damp and mould issues, ensuring appropriate remedial action is taken. Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure works are delivered to the required quality, on time, and within budget.
