The Role As the Building Fabric Surveyor, you''ll: Carry out detailed building condition surveys across a variety of commercial properties. Assess the condition of building fabric, structural elements and external components, producing clear technical reports. Identify defects and provide practical recommendations for repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works. Work closely with project teams to ensure surveys and recommendations align with client requirements. Manage survey programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Support quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practice.
