Building Surveyor

Our client, a well-established Building Consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol.This is a project-focused opportunity, with the successful candidate working closely with the management team to deliver Employer''s Agent and Contract Administration services across a range of projects.Alongside the core project work, the role will provide exposure to a broad range of professional surveying disciplines, including building surveys, dilapidations and related services. This varied experience is designed to support continued professional development and progression through the APC pathway.Building Surveyor Salary and Benefits:Salary of 35,000 - 55,000, depending on experienceFull-time positionSupport towards APC progression and achieving MRICS statusBroad exposure across project and professional surveying workOpportunity to work closely with an experienced management teamBuilding Surveyor Job Overview:The successful Building Surveyor will primarily focus on project work, supporting the delivery of Employer''s Agent and Contract Administration services.
