The Role We''re seeking, a chartered Associate Building Surveyor, with proven exposure on a range of varied building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment. What You''ll Do General surveying on a variety of commercial surveying projects across different sectorsStrong Technical Due diligenceOversee and manage contracts from inception through to completionCarry out pre-acquisition and technical due diligence assessmentsAdvise on and negotiate dilapidations matters for both landlords and tenantsDiagnose and resolve building defects with clear, practical solution with building pathologyPrepare clear, insightful technical reports and recommendationsDevelop lasting client relationships that generate repeat opportunities What We''re Looking For Degree-qualified in Building Surveying with MRICS statusProven experience in a commercial surveying environmentStrong grasp of building contracts and construction law in practiceAbility to write precise, high-quality technical reports and adviceCommercially ..... full job details .....
