      <description>Location: City | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Building Surveyor Up to £54,000 salary - Facility Maintenance Multiple Offices based in the North and Midlands   We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team, specialising in the management and maintenance of key infrastructure and building assets through strategic long-term partnerships. The role supports a market-leading Complex Facilities business, delivering full design and project management for minor building fit-out projects for national clients, including government departments. You will provide a comprehensive range of surveying services such as asset capture, condition surveys, historic building assessments, void surveys, and specialist surveys including RAAC and cell door fire compliance.   Working closely with advisory teams, you will help clients optimise asset management plans using data-driven solutions and contribute to achieving Net Zero ambitions by supporting the Energy Transition Agenda.
