Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:Deliver a broad range of building surveying services across multiple sectors and projectsUndertake and lead condition surveys, measured surveys, defect diagnosis and technical due diligencePrepare detailed reports, specifications, schedules of work and technical documentationManage and deliver project management and contract administration dutiesLead refurbishment, maintenance and small-to-medium capital projects from inception through to completionAct as a key point of contact within multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service deliverySupport and mentor junior team members where appropriateEnsure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards ..... full job details .....
