      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 70000.00-70000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Rapidly expanding national Building Surveying practice seeks to strengthen its Midlands operation through the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor.You will join at Associate level and take up the challenge of expanding our client''s insurance-related operations in the Midlands. You will work closely with the Resident Director to further develop this area of business. The position is home-based covering the Midlands, but the emphasis will be on the East Midlands. There are excellent opportunities for long-term progression for the most ambitious of individuals. About you:Our client will consider either MRICS or MCIOB qualified Building Surveyors, but you must have a strong background either with a loss adjusting practice or in an insurance claims environment. There is a close working relationship with a major loss adjusting practice, but our client is keen to expand this area so an interest in client relationship and business development work is crucial. Salary and Benefits:Basic salary up to £80,000 plus generous fee-related bonus to reward your individual efforts, car allowance or electric company car, pension, private medical care and 25 days annual holiday.</description>
