Building Surveyor - 12 month Interim

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a uniquely prestigious landlord owning a mix of historic residential, rural, agricultural and commercial property across the South West, to approach and appoint an interim Building Surveyor to job their busy-technical team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term contract (Maternity cover) with possibility for openings into a permanent role should a request to increase headcount be approved.-

You will be responsible for taking a variety of projects through all stages from-inception to completion, including tender, Specification of works and client side project management to ensure projects are completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.-
