Building Surveying Manager

We re recruiting for two permanent Building Surveying Managers to join a public sector housing team, leading surveying professionals and overseeing significant maintenance, refurbishment and capital improvement programmes. The role will involve: Leading and developing a team of surveying and technical professionals Managing complex building projects, contracts, budgets and programmes Overseeing planned maintenance, repairs and capital works Managing contractors, procurement, quality, compliance and health and safety Providing technical advice to senior stakeholders Supporting service improvement, policy and strategy About you You ll have substantial post-qualification experience in building surveying, with proven experience of team leadership, project and contract management. A relevant building surveying qualification is essential, along with strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety and contract management. Local authority, housing association or RSL experience would be advantageous.
