The Role


As the Building Specialist Coordinator, your role will include:

• Support day-to-day operations by efficiently managing Help Desk calls and inputting data into client and internal systems.
• Coordinate schedules for multiple engineers, ensuring timely completion of reactive, PPM, and quoted works.
• Raise reactive call outs and monitor the shared mailbox for necessary actions.
• Assist with billing processes by invoicing reactive and quoted tasks upon completion.
• Generate monthly reports and provide meeting minutes to ensure clear communication with clients.
