This is a technically focused role supporting complex building services applications, fault investigation and product performance. Working alongside engineering, service and product teams, you''ll provide expert technical support on mechanical products integrated with Building Management Systems and controls. This is not a sales role. It''s an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys diagnosing technical issues, understanding how building systems interact and helping deliver robust engineering solutions. The Role As a Technical Support Engineer, you''ll become the technical escalation point for complex engineering queries, supporting customers and colleagues with fault diagnosis and product performance. Your responsibilities will include: Investigating technical issues relating to HVAC products, controls and Building Management Systems. Providing second-line technical support for complex customer enquiries. Analysing site reports, technical documentation and engineering drawings to identify root causes.
