You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising mechanical and electrical building services on a major thermal energy project, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, programme and required quality standards. Role and Responsibilities Supervise mechanical and electrical building services installation and erection activities. Coordinate subcontractors and interfaces with other contractors. Review RAMS and monitor compliance with project HSE requirements. Lead erection, coordination and progress meetings. Monitor programme, cost and quality and report progress. Coordinate inspections, testing and readiness for commissioning. Manage quality issues and notify the project team of HSE, quality, schedule or contractual deviations.
