Building Services Supervisor (MandE) Location: Scotland Sector: Energy Contract: Contract Outside IR35 Duration: 6 months H9 Talent Solutions are looking to identify an experienced Building Services Supervisor (MandE) to join a large scale energy project in Scotland (Central Belt). You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising mechanical and electrical building services on a major thermal energy project, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, programme and required quality standards. Role and Responsibilities Supervise mechanical and electrical building services installation and erection activities. Coordinate subcontractors and interfaces with other contractors. Review RAMS and monitor compliance with project HSE requirements. Lead erection, coordination and progress meetings. Monitor programme, cost and quality and report progress. Coordinate inspections, testing and readiness for commissioning. Manage quality issues and notify the project team of HSE, quality, schedule or contractual deviations. Support final inspections, commissioning readiness and handover. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a Building Services / MandE Supervisor role on large industrial, thermal power or Energy Strong HSEQ leadership and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards. 18th Edition BS 7671. SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent. NEBOSH General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. ..... full job details .....
