This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Building Services professional looking to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams and influence the delivery of complex, high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, defence, education, transport, energy and advanced manufacturing. Your New Role As Building Services Lead, you will be responsible for developing and growing the regional Building Services offering across Bristol, the South West and Wales. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Leading the Bristol Building Services team and driving technical excellence.Developing and maintaining key client relationships.Overseeing multidisciplinary MEP project delivery from concept through to completion.Managing programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction.Supporting business development, bid submissions and fee proposals.Mentoring and developing engineers within the team.Promoting sustainable and low-carbon building services solutions.Driving innovation through BIM and digital engineering technologies.
