This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BSM to take full ownership of MEP delivery on a complex, highly regulated- live operational environment , working closely with the project team, specialist subcontractors and key stakeholders. The role will be- 100% dedicated to the project , with an approximate split of- 50% site-based and 50% office-based in Liverpool. Building Services Manager Responsibilities: Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health activities across the project. Coordinate and manage specialist MEP subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.
