Our client, a highly respected main contractor with an impressive portfolio of large-scale developments, is looking to appoint a Building Services Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical services on high-value construction projects across Birmingham and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of work, delivering complex schemes while playing a key role in ensuring MandE packages are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The RoleAs Building Services Manager, you will take ownership of the MandE elements of large construction projects from installation through to commissioning and handover. Working closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure all building services activities are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical packages throughout project delivery.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed to programme.Review technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning strategies.Chair and attend MandE coordination and progress meetings.Ensure all building services ..... full job details .....
