Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join a commercial project team based in Marylebone. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to move to a permanent position. The role will cover both pre-construction and live project delivery, taking over from an existing freelance manager. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate MandE building services on commercial projects Lead pre-construction activities, including design coordination, reviews, and procurement support Oversee live site delivery, ensuring services are installed in line with programme and quality standards Coordinate MandE subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Review and manage RAMS, ITPs, and technical submittals Monitor programme, costs, and quality of building services works Ensure compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations Attend and lead coordination and progress meetings Support commissioning, testing, and handover processes Requirements Proven experience as a Building Services Manager on commercial construction projects Strong background in mechanical and electrical services Experience across both pre-construction and live delivery Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Able to work independently and integrate with the wider project team SMSTS and relevant CSCS card preferred Package Competitive freelance rate (long-term) Temp-to-perm option available for the right candidate ..... full job details .....
