Building Services Manager, Fitout

Overview

Our Client is a well established Fitout Specialist Main Contractor. They focus on the fitout and refurbishment of large buildings primarily in the Home counties, with workload across commercial offices Cat A and Cat B fit out, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Critical infrastructure, and occasionally super high spec residential projects.Role

You will be the MandE Building Services Manager (Mechanical or Electrical bias). This role is sometimes referred to as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) or Building Services Manager (BSM) with Fitout Contractors. You will oversee the MandE installation on fitout projects from inception to completion.Responsibilities

Control the MandE installation on fitout projects from inception to completion.Lead and manage fast-track MandE management/installation within a fitout environment.Communicate effectively with subcontractors and specialists on site; build strong working relationships.Drive MandE installation in an intelligent and non-confrontational manner.Qualifications and qualities

Previous fast-track MandE management/installation experience within a fitout environment for a fitout contractor (essential).Client-focused with strong technical capabilities.Good communication skills and ability to lead subcontractors and specialists.Benefits and progression
