MandE Manager / Building Services Manager - high-end Hotel project in Berkshire - c 400 per day Ltd Company/CIS - 15 months+We are seeking an experienced MandE Manager / Building Services Manager to join our client''s team on a high-end Hotel project near Slough in Berkshire.This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of a strong project team, taking full responsibility for overseeing all mechanical and electrical services installations from initial coordination through to commissioning and final handover.Role ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors on siteCoordinate MandE installations in line with the overall project programmeReview and assess drawings, specifications, and technical submissionsChair and lead building services coordination meetingsEnsure high-quality installations while maintaining strict health and safety standardsManage commissioning activities and oversee final system handoverRequirementsProven experience as an MandE ManagerProven experience delivering large-scale refurbishment projects ( 10m+)Strong track record managing contractors, programme, and budgetStrong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installationsSolid understanding of BMS and lighting control systemsExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packagesFamiliarity with MS Project or similarValid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certificationWhat''s on OfferCompetitive day rate: c 400Opportunity to work on a ..... full job details .....
