Based in London, the division delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality retail, commercial and hospitality projects. With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent time to join a business that continues to go from strength to strength. You will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, taking responsibility for building services from early design and RIBA Stage 2, through pre-construction, delivery, commissioning and final handover. This position would suit a technically strong and commercially aware Building Services Manager who enjoys influencing projects at an early stage and working collaboratively with clients, consultants, designers and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the building services function across projects from early design through to completion and handover. Review, coordinate and manage MEP design development from RIBA Stage 2 onwards. Provide technical input during tendering and pre-construction.
