You''ll lead the coordination of outsourced design, oversee installation, and ensure delivery aligns with programme, cost, and quality targets.Key responsibilities include: Managing MandE consultants and subcontractors through design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases Leading the development and coordination of building services design on projects and bids Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and promoting safe design principles Identifying and mitigating design risks while maximising opportunities Supporting procurement and appointment of MandE designers and consultants Developing and managing design programmes, deliverables, and information release schedules Coordinating statutory approvals and third-party requirements (e.g. utilities) Reviewing designs for buildability, sequencing, and coordination Conducting site inspections to ensure installations meet design intent Driving high-quality standards across subcontractors and ensuring specification ..... full job details .....
